nAbout the Role: We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive recent client acquisition and revenue growth for Dinoxo. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that directly impact company growth — while also ensuring smooth delivery execution post-sale.
nResponsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across target industries/marketsn
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closuren
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targetsn
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholdersn
Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions/services offered by Dinoxon




Collaborate with delivery teams to align on client requirements and service deliveryn
Work closely with the Delivery team to manage client delivery challenges, resolve escalations/issues, and ensure smooth execution post-closuren
Drive improvement in offer-to-joining ratio by working with delivery/candidates to increase offer acceptance and successful onboardingn
Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunitiesn
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close dealsn
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRMn

nQualifications:

3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in staffing/IT services/Executive Search firm/relevant industryn
Proven track record of client acquisition, revenue generation, and post-sale account managementn
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsn
Ability to work independ
