nThe Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end process transformation initiatives by ideating, designing, and deploying solutions using standardized methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement and overseeing project governance.
nThis role will focus on leveraging design thinking to identify and capitalize on process improvement prospects, driving enhancements across process, technology, and data. The Project Manager will analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to significantly boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Overall, 10 - 12 years of experience in Process design, Technology deployments and consulting, with a robust focus on process transformation initiativesn
Minimum 3 years' experience in business process management methodologies,



and the ability to translate complex processes into explicit, actionable plans that drive business valuen
Minimum of 3 years' experience in deploying technology solutionsn
Should be able to display how he/she was able to convert an opportunity into solutionn
Experience in Business Process Mapping and analysis, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective redesignsn
PMP trained desiredn
Six Sigma Lean/BB Certification desiredn
Should have managed small teams or ability to exhibit to managerial skilln
Strong understanding of six sigma tools - linkage and usage.n
Working knowledge of MS project to build project plans;n
Strong proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, Monday.com).n
Excellent analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, MS office and documentation skillsn
