nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Conferences to lead the planning and execution of large-scale conferences, industry events, and knowledge-sharing platforms. The role involves managing end-to-end conference operations, developing sponsorships and partnerships, coordinating with speakers and stakeholders, and ensuring successful event delivery within budget.
nThis is a strategic role for a skilled who enjoys project management, stakeholder engagement, business development, and event execution.
nKey Responsibilities
nConference Management
nPlan and execute annual conference and event portfolios.
nDevelop event calendars, timelines, and implementation plans.
nMonitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
nIdentify risks and implement corrective actions.
nCreate and improve conference processes, SOPs, and workflows.
nEvent Planning & Execution




nCoordinate with internal teams, experts, and organizing committees.
nManage registrations, venue arrangements, logistics, hospitality, and event operations.
nEnsure a seamless experience for speakers, delegates, and partners.
nOversee exhibition areas, conference sessions, and in office activities.
nSponsorship & Partnership Development
nBuild and manage sponsorship pipelines.
nIdentify and engage potential sponsors and industry partners.
nMaintain long-term relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
nCoordinate sponsorship agreements, approvals, and deliverables.
nDevelop and maintain databases of sponsors, partners, and vendors.
nSpeaker & Stakeholder Management
nCoordinate invitations and participation of industry leaders, experts, and speakers.
nManage travel, accommodation, hospitality, and honorarium processes.
nLiaise with government bodies, qualified associations, and institutional partners.
