Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Tele caller of minimum experience of 1yr to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, promoting property sales, and assisting potential clients with their real estate needs. This role requires solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen interest in the real estate industry.

Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, including property buyers, sellers, and investors, to generate leads and set appointmentsn
Client Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer inquiries, provide property details, and guide clients through the buying or selling processn
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, track leads, follow up on queries, and ensure accurate records of interactionsn
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about real estate properties,



available propertiesn
Sales Support: Assist clients with property-related queries, schedule property viewings, and provide post-sale support as neededn
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth handling of clientsn

Proven experience in tele-calling , preferably in real estaten
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skillsn
Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phonen
Good knowledge of real estate trends and terminology is an advantagen
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel , google sheets)n
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamn
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitudn
Solid problem-solving and negotiation skillsn
