nKey Responsibilities
nAccount Management – Sales & BD
n

Assisting country head/region head with existing accounts in the Russia-CIS market.n
Help achieve sales targets and contribute to health of the business by helping in seeding and Lock-ins of current products.n
To help conclude business transactions in CIS.n
Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.n
Help the team pursue current business prospects in Russia – CIS marketn
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, DRC and pricing strategies tailored to client needs for both API and FDF.n

nCoordination with Internal CFTs
n
n
Work closely with CX, production, quality assurance, regulatory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.n
Liaise with regulatory affairs teams to ensure product compliance and registration of products in Russia/CIS.n

nMarket Analysis
n
n
Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.(Export data,



IMS data)n
Monitor and report on market updates in CIS region.n

nContract Management - FDF
n
n
Support with contracts closure with clients.n
Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure timely signing of the contracts and agreements.n

nReporting and Documentation
n
n
Maintaining MIS for the region including customer database, RFC, Quarterly and Annual forecast/Budgeting.n
Complete MBR, QBR and requested ppts for the regionn
Provide regular updates and reports to regional head.n

nBasic Qualifications:
n
n
At least 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience in API Sales and BD. High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsn
Ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the companyn
