nWe are looking for professionals with a Project Management or Service Delivery background who have robust customer-facing experience and the potential to transition into a Customer Success Manager role.
nLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
nWe're looking for specialists who have experience in:
nManaging enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure environment
nProject Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement
nNOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains
nDriving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction
nConducting customer reviews, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
nWorking with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders




nPreferred Background:

n
5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Successn
Experience with System Integrators (SI) or Managed Services organizationsn
Robust understanding of ITIL, SLAs, Incident Management, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Retentionn
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsn
