nThe VP - Luxury Residential Sales role is based in Noida. An experienced and result-driven qualified to lead luxury residential sales targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI/UHNI) through channel partners and strategic alliances. The role requires deep expertise in managing high-value transactions, solid relationship management, a consultative sales approach, and team handling to drive productivity.

Drive sales of luxury residential properties through channel partners, IPCs, and wealth networksn
Build and manage a robust ecosystem of channel partners, luxury brokers,



and HNI/UHNI networksn
Lead the team to maximize productivity, achieve sales targets, and provide regular coaching and handholdingn
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsn
Cultivate relationships with HNI clients, family offices, wealth managers, and investment advisorsn
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation - client engagement - site visits - negotiation - closuren
Conduct exclusive previews, private events, and curated experiences for elite clientelen
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and relationship management for repeat and referral businessn
Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns, brand positioning, and luxury outreachn
