nForever Distillery is a quick-growing, integrated spirits and ethanol company operating a 200 KLPD multi-feed distillery in Uttar Pradesh. Alongside Ethanol and ENA production, we bottle and market our own country liquor brands, and undertake contract bottling for Radico Khaitan (country liquor) and Allied Blenders & Distillers (IMFL). We are building a scalable, future-ready platform across industrial alcohol and spirits, with a strong focus on growth and expansion.
nThe role
nWe are looking for an experienced Unit Head to take complete ownership of the distillery- covering operations, compliance, administration, and government liaison-ensuring smooth, compliant, and uninterrupted plant functioning.
nYour responsibilities

Full ownership of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and overall administrationn
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the distillery with high efficiency and minimal downtimen
Lead regulatory compliance and liaison with UP Excise, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department,



and all relevant government authoritiesn
Manage end-to-end NOCs, licenses, renewals, inspections, and statutory compliancesn
Ensure strict adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory frameworksn
Drive plant reliability, maintenance planning, and operational disciplinen
Oversee unit administration, local stakeholder management, and coordination with authoritiesn
Execute tasks and strategic priorities assigned by managementn

nWho we're looking for
n
n
BSc / MSc in PCM, PCB, chemistry / DIFATn
18–25 years of experience in distillery/ethanol/spirits manufacturingn
Minimum 5–8 years as Unit Head / Plant Head of a distilleryn
Solid, hands-on experience with UP Excise and regulatory ecosystemn
Proven track record of running a compliant, secure, large-scale plantn
