nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a Structural Design Engineer – FEA with hands-on experience in ABAQUS to design, analyze, and optimize lightweight aerospace structures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of structural mechanics, finite element analysis, and engineering design principles, with the ability to deliver reliable and productive structural solutions for UAV applications.

Design and develop structural components for UAV systems.n
Perform structural simulations using ABAQUS, including:n
Static analysisn
Linear & nonlinear analysisn
Buckling analysisn
Modal analysisn
Contact simulationsn
Evaluate stress, deformation, and structural performance under various loading conditions.n
Optimize designs for strength, weight, and manufacturability.n
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to validate structural performance.n
Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.n
Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.n
nRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.n
2–5 years of experience in structural design and finite element analysis.n
Strong understanding of mechanics of materials and structural engineering fundamentals.n
Hands-on experience with ABAQUS is mandatory.n
Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or 3DS CATIAn
