nRole Summary
nSAP SDM responsible for end‐to‐end delivery and governance of SAP services (AMS / Projects / Enhancements) across customer accounts. The role acts as the primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
