nKey Responsibilities:-
n1. Compliance Framework:
n

Develop and maintain the GCC compliance framework aligned with global policies and regulatory requirements.n
Manage compliance policies, procedures, and control standards.n

n2. Regulatory Compliance:
n
n
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations across supported jurisdictions.n
Provide advisory support for recent products, business initiatives, and outsourcing.n

n3. Compliance Monitoring:
n
n
Conduct compliance reviews, control testing, and monitor regulatory exceptions.n
Track compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.n

n4. Policy & Controls:
n
n
Develop and update compliance policies, SOPs, and governance documents.n
Strengthen and monitor internal control effectiveness.n

n5. Incident Management:
n
n




Manage compliance incidents, regulatory breaches, and audit findings.n
Drive root cause analysis and remediation.n

n6. Third-Party Compliance:
n
n
Oversee compliance for vendors and outsourced services.n
Partner with Legal and Procurement on compliance obligations.n

n7. Reporting & Governance:
n
n
Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, KCIs, and committee updates.n

n8. Stakeholder Management:
n
n
Collaborate with GCC leadership, global compliance teams, and regional stakeholders.n

n9. Compliance Culture:
n
n
Conduct compliance training and promote awareness of policies and ethical standards.n

n10. Strategic Support:
n
n
Embed compliance into current business initiatives, process transitions, and transformation programs.n
