Job DescriptionRole Summary
nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting Cityinfo's commercial office leasing and managed office solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.n
Generate leads and acquire new corporate clients for commercial office leasing and managed office solutions.n
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Administration, Procurement, and Corporate Real Estate teams.n
Understand clients' workspace requirements and provide suitable office space solutions.n
Schedule client meetings, presentations, and property/site visits.n
Work closely with the Transactions team to ensure smooth execution from requirement generation to deal closure.n




Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of leasing transactions.n
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client records in the CRM.n
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and market intelligence reports.n
Keep track of market trends, upcoming commercial developments, and competitor activities.n
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.n
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n

nDesired Candidate Profile
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.n
4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commercial Real Estate.n
Prior experience in commercial office leasing, coworking, managed office solutions, B2B services, or corporate sales will be preferred.n
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.n
