nThrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai and is looking for an exceptional Art Director to shape the visual identity of one of India's fastest-growing travel brands.
nThis is a hands-on creative role for someone who goes beyond making beautiful designs. You'll be involved from concept to execution like solving business problems through compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, social media, creator content, presentations, performance marketing and brand experiences.

nKey Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and distinctive visual directions for campaignsn
Translate business objectives into memorable visual communicationn
Design high-impact campaigns, presentations and digital assetsn
Build scalable visual systems across multiple formatsn
Collaborate with writers, strategists, editors, creators and production teamsn
Art direct photo/video shoots where requiredn
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration and productionn
Continuously improve creative quality using content performance insightsn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
n
5–9 years of experience in Art Direction, Advertising, Brand Design or Visual Communicationn
Solid portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and executionn
Experience in agencies, creative studios or design-led brandsn
Excellent understanding of typograph
