Job DescriptionThe incumbent will lead end-to-end fundraising transactions across equity, structured capital, private equity, venture capital, debt syndication, and strategic investments. The role requires robust relationships with promoters, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital investors, sovereign funds, banks, NBFCs, and institutional investors.
nThe candidate will be responsible for business origination, transaction execution, investor engagement, and managing senior client relationships while driving revenue growth for the firm. Nuvama's fundraising platform includes equity capital raising, private equity placements, and debt syndication solutions.

Develop relationships with CXOs, promoters, PE funds, family offices, and institutional investors.n

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective transactions.n

Coordinate due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction documentation.n
Prepare investment memorandums, pitch books, teasers, and management presentations.n
