Conduct user training sessions and create process documentation.n
Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives.n
Support upgrade projects, project planning, and feature demonstrations.n
Collaborate with business teams to ensure seamless process integration.n

nRequired Skills

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification mandatory.n




Robust experience in Recruitment & Onboarding (RCM/ONB) modules.n
Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management.n
Knowledge of change management and user adoption activities.n
Experience in project upgrades, testing, and release management.n
Minimum 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or 2 support engagements.n
Ability to provide best-practice guidance and configure solutions to meet business needs.n
