nWe are looking for Business Development Executives who understand how IT services
nbusinesses operate and are excited to build a career in technology sales and consulting.
nThis is not a pure cold-calling role. The day-to-day work revolves around identifying business
nopportunities, researching prospects, building outreach strategies, starting conversations,
nand supporting the senior sales team in creating qualified opportunities.
nThe ideal candidate has a technical or IT-related background, understands business
nconversations, and is comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach tools,
nUpwork, and other lead generation channels.
nWhat You'll Do:

Research companies, founders, and decision-makersn
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunitiesn
Build and manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and similarn
platformsn
Support the senior team in sales conversations and follow-upsn
Maintain CRM hygiene and sales trackingn
Understand client problems and map Zenithive's services accordinglyn
Participate in proposal preparation and market researchn
Continuously improve outreach quality and conversion approachesn
