Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holdingn

nRoles and Responsibilities:-

Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantagen
Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantagen
Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracksn
Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.n
Review and revise agile daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.n
Encourage teams to increase productivityn
Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.n
