nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
n1.Design Support

Deliver defined number of designs per seasonn
Research on areas as guided for material, technique, silhouette, detail etc.n
Assist in sourcing fabrics and trims from vendorsn
Stay updated with fashion trends relevant to the brandn
Actively participate in design discussions, reviews, and brainstorming sessionsn
n2.Sample Development

Assist in sketches, technical drawings,
and spec sheets for samplingn
Renders of the final designsn
Development of textures/embroideries and detailsn
Support prototype development as per shortlisted silhouettesn
Work closely with the pattern master to ensure prototypes meet design specifications and quality standardsn
Refine samples based on feedback and testingn
Assist in final sample development with required correctionsn
n3.Archiving & Documentation

Ensure organized documentation of all design and sampling stagesn
Seasonal archiving as per defined systemsn
n4.Meetings & Presentation
n

Prepare for internal/external meetings with design updatesn
Assist in seasonal presentations for sales teamsn
n5.Collaboration & Communication
nWork closely with cross-functional teams (sampling, production, outside vendors etc)
