nWe are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a solid understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.
nResponsibilities

Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotationsn
Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projectsn
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teamsn
Ensure alignment between design plans and project costingn
Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material detailsn
Track project costs and support in cost control and optimizationn
Assist in project planning and execution supportn
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimatesn
nQualifications
n
n
2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveyingn
Age below 32 yearsn
Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyingn
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparationn
Experience in residential interior projectsn
Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflown
Strong analytical and communication skillsn
