nWhat You'll Own

Identify and connect with decision-makers across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.n
Generate qualified prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.n
Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and recommend the right technology solutions.n
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.n
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals.n
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.n
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.n

nWhat We're Looking For

2–4 years of Business Development experience in an IT Services companyn
Experience selling software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation servicesn
Robust exposure to international marketsn
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound sales, cold emailing, and lead generationn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsn
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about consultative sellingn
Secure career history demonstrating consistent growth.n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.n
