nROLE SUMMARY
nAssistant Manager – S&OP; is responsible for supporting and executing the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning cycle, ensuring effective alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.



The role acts as a central coordinator across cross-functional teams to deliver an optimized, feasible, and data-driven business plan that supports operational efficiency and profitability.

Execute and manage the end-to-end S&OP; cycle adhering to the defined timelinesn
Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams for plan alignmentn
Consolidate and validate demand forecasts (unconstrained demand) from multiple sourcesn
Drive demand vs supply balancing (handshake process) and highlight gapsn
Identify and manage capacity constraints, supply risks, and mitigation actionsn
Ensure adherence to flex norms, service levels, and inventory targetsn
Support MRP execution and production planning readinessn
Track and improve key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Inventory & DOH, Capacity Utilizationn
