nThis role exists to ensure that corporate demand is actively built, converted, and sustained.
nIf this role is robust, hotels see predictable occupancy and stable revenue. If this role is weak, demand becomes volatile, pipelines dry up, and revenue becomes dependent on external channels.

Own revenue targets for assigned hotel(s)n
Build and maintain a solid,



qualified corporate pipelinen
Drive meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closuresn
Position and pitch Z Hotels effectively to corporate clientsn
Ensure deals move across stages without getting stuckn
Convert relationships into repeat and growing businessn
