Handling end-to-end NRI account opening, modification, and maintenance cases (NRE/NRO accounts).n
Handling NRI trade file reporting to the tie up banks.n
Remitting payout for foreign or national clients & ensuring regulations has been met for payouts.n
Taking care of NRI taxation & tax related queries.n
Ensuring strict adherence to FEMA, PMLA, FATCA, and CRS standards.n
Coordinating with internal teams, partner banks, and relationship managers/dealers to resolve processing bottlenecks within target turnaround times (TAT).n
Maintaining accurate Management Information System (MIS) trackers for pending and completed cases.n
Having knowledge in FATCA/ CRS compliance & processing.n
Managing any other NRI operations related activities.n
nPreferred candidate profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration with 4 - 5 years of back-office /operations experience.n
Sound understanding of RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, Taxation and NRI products.n
Robust analytical abilities, attention to detail, data sanctity maintenance and positive written/verbal communication.n
