Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issuesn
Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and toolsn
Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.n
Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagement teams to solve issues that arise.n
Researching technical accounting issuesn
Developing industry expertisen
Preparing audit reports, and management lettersn
Exercising skilled skepticism,
