nJob Overview:-
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team in Thane. This position is part of a blended voice process supporting the DULY Line of Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for follow-ups with insurance companies, managing claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
nKey Responsibilities:-

Follow up on pending, unpaid, or denied medical insurance claims via phone and web portals.n
Analyze medical billing claims, identify denial trends, and take necessary corrective action for resolution.n
Communicate effectively with US insurance representatives to resolve billing discrepancies and appeal denied claims.n
Maintain accurate, structured documentation of all customer and payer interactions in the RCM database.n
Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly productivity and quality metrics as outlined by operational leadership.n

nCandidate Eligibility & Criteria:-
n
n
Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.n
Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing.n
Skills:n
Solid verbal and written communication skills (English).n
Positive knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) flow, CPT/ICD codes, and claim denial handling.n
Proficient keyboarding skills and basic computer competency.n

nShift & Work Schedule:-

Work Days: 5 days a week.n
Offs: 2 rotational week-offs per week.n
Process: Blended (Voice Process).n

nCompensation & Recruitment Details:-

In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (determined by qualification, previous salary history, and evaluation performance).n
Selection Process: HR Round // AMCAT Test // Operations Interviewn
