nSharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our UK EU Staffing business.
nYou'll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs, bringing in current clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.
nThis role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCsn
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing networkn
Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closuren
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managersn
Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilledn
Grow accounts and drive repeat businessn
Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularlyn

nWhat We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in UK EUROPE IT staffing business developmentn
Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCsn
Solid communication and relationship-building skillsn
Ability to manage the sales cycle independentlyn
Self-driven and comfortable working with targetsn

nGood to Have

Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholdersn
Experience in client acquisition and closuresn
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.n
