nWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive candidate acquisition and revenue growth for BorderPlus' international career programs.
nThe ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales / career counselling / study abroad / skilling programs and a passion for helping candidates build global careers.
nKey Responsibilities :

Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM toolsn




Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate goals and recommend suitable programsn
Provide career counselling on international career pathways, training programs, and placement opportunitiesn
Drive lead conversion and candidate enrollments for BorderPlus programsn
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funneln
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a target-driven settingn
Update and track lead pipeline, interactions, and conversions in CRMn
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve candidate experience and conversion ratesn

nQualification :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldn
1–4 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Study Abroad, or Skilling programsn
Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsn
Experience handling
