nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head – Sales to lead luxury residential sales for a premium real estate developer in Mumbai. The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client management, solid market understanding of Delhi's luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Sales Leadership:n
Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Mumbai.n
Revenue Generation:n
Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue.n
Client Relationship Management:n
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.n
Strategic Planning:n
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment.n
Channel Management:n
Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline.n
Market Intelligence:n




Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury segment.n
Team Leadership:n
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.n
Brand Positioning:n
Collaborate with marketing to position projects effectively among premium buyers.n

Experience: 12–20 years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects in New Delhin
Mandatory: Proven experience in selling high-ticket luxury propertiesn
Solid network of HNI/UHNI clients and brokers in Mumbain
Demonstrated ability to close large-value dealsn
Leadership experience managing sizeable sales teamsn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsn
