nKey Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.n
Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing members.n
Meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and present membership plans.n
Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals.n
Support new members with their first holiday booking and generate referrals.n
Maintain daily sales activity reports and build strong customer relationships.n

nRequirements

n
Graduate in any disciplinen
Minimum 6 months' experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate,



Telecom, Hospitality, or other high-value product salesn
Strong communication and convincing skillsn
Comfortable with field sales and customer meetingsn
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with rotational week-offsn
