nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our B2C sales across Pan India. The Associate Director – Sales will be responsible for leading regional teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations while ensuring consistent growth.

Lead and manage B2C sales operations across Pan India.n
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.n
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.n
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives.n
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities.n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.n




Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.n
Travel extensively across India as per business requirements.n

nRequirements:

Minimum 14+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation.n
Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling large, diverse teams.n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and deliver results under pressure.n
Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India.n
Based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Director – Sales.n
