We work directly with customers who often prefer to shop through personal conversations rather than a standard checkout flow. This role exists to serve that customer, quickly and well, across every channel they reach out on.
About the RolenWe're looking for an Online Sales Executive to own our direct-to-customer sales conversations. A large share of our customers order directly, over WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, or phone calls, instead of using the website. This person will be the first point of contact for these customers and will be responsible for converting conversations into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and email in a timely, helpful mannern
Answer incoming sales calls and follow up on missed callsn
Monitor comments on social media posts and respond to or flag purchase-intent commentsn
Guide customers through product selection, pricing,



and order detailsn
Convert inbound queries into confirmed direct ordersn
Follow up with customers who haven't completed their order or gone quiet mid-conversationn
Maintain accurate records of conversations, orders, and follow-upsn
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure confirmed orders are processed and fulfilled correctlyn
Share regular updates on inbound query volume, conversion, and any recurring customer questions or objectionsn

What We're Looking Forn

0–2 years of experience; freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to applyn
Excellent written and spoken English and Hindin
Comfortable managing high volumes of conversations across multiple platforms at oncen
Naturally personable, patient, and persuasive without being pushyn
Organised, with an eye for detail and follow-throughn
