Job DescriptionRole Description:
n• Lead generation: Generate current customer leads through various Inbound & outbound calls and provide a
nhealthy sale pipeline.
n• Customer Assessment: Evaluate the financial situation of customers, including their income, expenses and
noutstanding debts, to understand their eligibility for the debt relief program.
n• Debt Counseling: Provide guidance on the debt settlement process, including budgeting, savings plans,
netc.
n• Program Enrollment: Assist customers in enrolling in the debt relief program, explaining program perks,
nrequirements and next steps.
n• Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified and accurately recorded in the
ncustomer management system.
n• Relationship management: Maintain regular contact with customers to monitor progress,



address any
nconcerns and encourage program adherence.
n• Lead Management: Utilize the company's CRM system to update and manage customer interactions,
nensuring timely follow-up and proper lead categorization.
n• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines while providing debt relief solutions,
nmaintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
n• Targets: Achieving the assigned monthly sales targets.
n• Collaboration: Work with other departments to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences,
ncontributing to the evolution of current programs/ development of recent programs.
