nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and scaling profitable growth. You'll work closely with the founders, creative team, and content team to build campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
nKey Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaignsn
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion ratesn
Manage campaign budgets and daily optimizationn
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testingn
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reportsn
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pagesn
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and overall marketing performancen
Stay updated with platform changes and industry best practicesn

nRequirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Adsn
Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands preferredn
Solid understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance metricsn
Comfortable managing ad budgets and performance reportingn
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Adsn
Robust analytical and problem-solving skillsn
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup workplacen
