About the RolenWe're looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between ideas and execution. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and driving creative direction across digital and on-ground experiences.

Develop innovative campaign ideas across digital, social, and experiential platformsn
Translate brand objectives into transparent, engaging creative strategiesn
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring ideas to lifen
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh,

Build pitch decks, campaign narratives, and presentations for clientsn
Analyze trends, audience behavior, and cultural insights to inform strategiesn

Requirementsn

2–6 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketingn
Robust portfolio showcasing campaigns, ideas, or strategic thinkingn
Excellent storytelling and presentation skillsn
Ability to think both creatively and analyticallyn
Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and consumer behaviorn
Experience in agencies, media, or brand-side roles preferredn
Solid communication and collaboration skillsn
