Resolve delivery, shipment, and service-related issues promptlyn
Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Driver teamsn
Track and update support tickets until resolutionn
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teamsn
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logsn
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standardsn
Identify prospects to improve customer experience and processesn
nRequirements

1–3 years of experience in US customer support, customer service, or call center operations is Mandatoryn
Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsn
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesn
Comfortable using CRM and customer support toolsn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspacen
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including US business hoursn
