Job DescriptionWe Are Hiring: Aquaculture Business Planning & Market Development Role – IndianBlue Aqua is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented skilled to join our India team in an office-based business planning and market development role.
nThis position is ideal for someone who understands the aquaculture and shrimp farming industry, but is also comfortable working on market analysis, marketing planning, operational coordination, reporting, and strategic execution from the office.
nThe selected candidate will support management in turning business direction into transparent action plans and will work closely with our sales, technical, dealer, and distributor teams.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Conduct market analysis for shrimp farming and aquaculture input productsn
Track competitor activities, pricing, farmer trends, regional opportunities, and seasonal demandn
Support marketing plans, product positioning, farmer meetings, dealer activities, and campaignsn
Prepare reports, presentations, product notes, and business summariesn




Coordinate with sales and technical teams to follow up on executionn
Support stock planning, dealer requirements, product launches, and regional developmentn
Convert management direction into structured action plans and timelinesn

Ideal CandidatenWe are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, proactive, and disciplined. The candidate should have a background in aquaculture, fisheries, agriculture, business, marketing, or a related field.
nA good understanding of the Indian shrimp and aquaculture market will be a robust advantage.
