nMUST-HAVE EXPERTISE:

Solid experience in Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial)n
Exposure to Domestic & International markets (US preferred)n
Expertise in cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closuresn
Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle across industriesn
High ownership with revenue-first mindsetn
