Keep themselves updated with Inventory Status at all times and reach high occupancy across centers.n
Generation of Deals via Network and Corporatesn
Handling end to end sales cycle:n
Maintain a valuable pipeline of prospective leads and clients for themselves as well as team members.n
Sending proposals to the client with necessary workspace detailsn
Assisting the client to visit the site and showing the available optionsn
Finalising the deal and contractual agreement/paperworkn
Completing On-boarding formalitiesn
Building sales strategies, templates, processes and automating the sales procedure.n
Building a good broker and IPC network for accelerated sale conversions.n
