nRequired Qualification: -
n*Graduate in any stream AND
nB2.2 level or above in any of these languages Portuguese or French
nDiploma or advanced diploma in Portuguese or French Language from Delhi University or any other recognized university
nOR
n*Graduation in Portuguese or French from Delhi University or any other recognized university or equivalent
n*Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
n*Must be versatile to work in different shifts depending upon business requirement

Bachelor's or master's degree (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, MA, MCom, etc.)n
No Engineering degree.n

SAP Readiness:n




Solid interest in learning SAP technologiesn
Willingness to undergo SAP BASIS training and certificationn
Ready to work in global support environments and rotational shifts if requiredn

nKey Responsibilities (Post‐Training / Initial Phase)

Support incident and service request resolutionn
Coordinate with functional and technical SAP stakeholdersn
Work with global customers using foreign language skillsn
