The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatchn
.Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAsn
.Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiencyn
.Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecksn

nInventory & Quality Contro

lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and auditsn
.Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygienen
.Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepanciesn
.Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirementsn
