nKey Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.n
Source job and internship opportunities aligned with HCCA programs.n
Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and employer engagement activities.n
Match learners with suitable job prospects and track hiring progress.n
Conduct career counselling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile guidance.n
Monitor learner placement readiness and address career-related queries.n
Maintain placement records, employer database, and generate placement reports.n
Collaborate with trainers, admissions,



and marketing teams to support learner success and showcase placement outcomes.n
