Job DescriptionAbout the Company
nThe purpose of this role is to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) by driving the understanding, planning, implementation, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives managed by the CDO's office. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert on market and industry trends and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CDO's office.

Project Management & Strategic Executionn
Develop a solid understanding of the business environment, organizational structure, and ways of workingn
Gain insight into the company's growth objectives and the programs designed to achieve themn
Monitor, track, and report progress against strategic goals, highlighting risks, delays, dependencies, and opportunities to the CDOn
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional strategies and oversee execution plansn
Assist the CDO in conducting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviewsn




Manage end-to-end execution of projects, strategic initiatives, and new business ventures assigned by the CDOn
Analyze and evaluate new projects and business prospects, presenting recommendations along with potential advantages and challenges.n
Market & Industry Intelligencen
Prepare reports and presentations related to new business initiatives and growth prospectsn
Monitor industry developments, market trends, and emerging opportunitiesn
Identify business outliers and provide actionable insights through data-driven analysisn
Recommend solutions to business challenges across assigned functions and departmentsn
Conduct competitive analysis by evaluating market trends, products, and competitor strategiesn
Engage with customers, suppliers, industry experts, and professional bodies to stay updated on industry developmentsn
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from industry
