nKey Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.n
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.n
Provide accurate information about products and services.n
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.n




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.n
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering quality service.n
Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.n

nQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).n
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.n
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.n
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.n
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.n
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.n
