Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwritingn

nKey Responsibilities

Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Creditn
Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowersn
Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loansn
Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactionsn
Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documentsn
Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelinesn
Work on Encompass LOSn
Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processingn
