Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Regionn
Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targetsn
Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Regionn
Build solid relationship with partnersn
Review and ensure Policy Compliancen
Manage costn
Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partnersn
Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performancen
Reviewing measures to achieve performance targetsn
Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedulen
Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Regionn
Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basisn
Lead the planning and delivery of effective, effective, and sustainable operations across the Regionn
Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicatorsn
Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team membersn
Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.n
Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.n
Exposure in crowd management.n
Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.n
