The ideal candidate should have a solid background in domestic IT contract staffing sales and a proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients.

Drive recent business development for IT contract staffing (Staff Augmentation) across the domestic market.n
Identify, acquire, and manage enterprise clients while building long-term relationships.n
Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, solutioning, negotiations, and deal closure.n
Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.n
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.n
