Team Handling and AUM collectionn
Increase revenue from recent client through up sale / Cross Selln
Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clientsn
Promote Focus Product of the month.n
Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.n
Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.n
Retention of performing team members.n
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.n
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.n
Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc.n
