nYour Mission

Identify, target, and acquire recent clients requiring IT staffing and talent solutionsn
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accountsn
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services (Contract, C2H, Permanent)n
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillmentn
Own end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach to signed contractsn
Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CTOs, Procurement)n




Drive revenue targets and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trendsn

nWho We're Looking For

n
5+ years of experience in Business Development / Salesn
Must-have: Prior experience selling IT staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutionsn
Proven track record of closing deals with IT companies, GCCs, or tech startupsn
Solid network within the Hyderabad tech ecosystem is a big plusn
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsn
Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountabilityn

Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or HTD staffing modelsn
