MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery).
Minimum of 1 year of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
Proven proficiency in laparoscopic surgical techniques, including cholecystectomy, hernia repair, appendectomy, and other common laparoscopic procedures.
Solid understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and perioperative care.
Excellent decision -making,
problem -solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in rapid -paced, high -stakes environments.
Commitment to patient -centered care, continuous learning, and career development.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any required state -specific licenses.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
