nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Documentation Manager to lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation for our AWS and CASH Platform team. This role is critical in ensuring that all technical processes, systems, and workflows are clearly documented, up to date, and easily accessible.
nThe ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with robust English proficiency and a solid understanding of AWS environments.
nKey Responsibilities

Own and manage all technical documentation for the AWS and CASH Platform teamn
Create explicit, concise, and user-friendly documentation (architecture, SOPs, runbooks, APIs, onboarding materials)n
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholdersn
Ensure documentation is accurate and up to daten
Establish documentation standards and templatesn
Maintain documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Git)n
Review and improve content qualityn




Support compliance and audit requirementsn
Identify and fill documentation gapsn

nRequired Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Englishn
Experience writing and managing technical documentationn
Solid attention to detail and organizationn
Basic to intermediate AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC)n
Ability to simplify complex technical informationn
Experience working with technical teamsn
Familiarity with documentation toolsn

Experience with AWS environmentsn
Knowledge of DevOps or software developmentn
Experience documenting enterprise or internal platformsn
Familiarity with Git or API documentation toolsn
